Wonderful people, prices, and came same day even though I was a first time customer
They answered on the first call and were out to my house within 30 minutes! My water heater had leaked everywhere. They replaced it and had me with hot water again with in 2 hours. Impressive!!

So woke up at 5:45am to a water heater leaking from T&P valve, only thing to do was hit the shut off valve and hope. I called a couple of places that offered 24hr service to see if I could get on the schedule for today. No luck, busy until Tuesday at the earliest. I called WHM knowing they weren't open yet but hoping to leave a message....no voicemail available. It's now 7:15 and I have come to the conclusion that my day would not be spent at work but rather trying to track down a fix. At 7:16 (prior to the business opening) I received a call from Don who saw his missed call at 6:45 from me. Knowing it was probably urgent he called me back asap. It is now 1:25pm and we have hot water again along with a nice, clean, and professional install of a new unit! No they didn't upsell or pressure me into a new unit. The heater was 10 years old and I've lived in Newburgh long enough to know that it was close to EOL. A new heater was the sensible choice. Great deal and professional staff. Water heaters and more to the rescue! Needless to say my wife and daughter are VERY happy. I Highly recommend their services. Thanks Don and Staff. True customer service here.
So I would like to say first and foremost Don was excellent experienced and had the knowledge as well as very kind and easy to talk to. I would also like to say I called them at 10:30 AM and they had my hot water heater installed by 1:15 PM and did a great job at a very decent price. As a couple of guys just trying to make it blue collar style. I will certainly continue to do business with them in the days to come.

We used them to run gas lines in our house. The work was completed satisfactorily. We are very happy with the result. The workers were pleasant and cleaned up any mess made and made sure all pilots were working before leaving. Don Marr is a reputable and honest contractor. The price was fair. . We will use them any time we need a plumber!

I called Don first thing in the morning to take a look at my water heater. He arrived almost immediately like he had said. Within minutes he and his technician had my water heater working and even showed me a few tricks when it comes to relighting the pilot light.
